Role: Service Desk Analyst

  • Escalation of Major IT Incidents.
  • AD user records currency, network Share access, account provisioning/termination.
  • Provide high-quality customer service on inbound and outbound calls.
  • Provide efficient and effective query resolution by taking ownership for first call resolution.
  • Identify opportunities to provide information regarding other value-added services.
  • Participate in formal and informal team-based training.
  • Adhere to all legislative requirements required for the role.
  • Ensure Service Level compliance for Incidents and Requests.
  • Monitoring of the Service Desk queue, ensuring all tickets are dealt with in a timely and professional manner.
  • Use agreed on IT Operational Processes, and ensure they are consistently applied in order to maintain high quality and efficient IT services are delivered.
  • Maintain and improve on key Service Desk performance indicators.
  • Participation in quality development.
  • Active involvement in team and cultural change within the Service Desk team.
  • Other responsibilities as directed by the Manager or Team Leader, Service.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • B.Sc or BCA pass out in the year 2019, 2020, or 2021.
  • An applicant must have scored a minimum of 60% throughout (SSC, HSC, and Graduation).
  • We cater to global clients that work in the 24*7 model, associates may be required to work in a shift model.
  • Flexible to work on any skill, technology, domain, job profile as per business requirements.
  • Immediate joiners will be preferred for the role.
  • CTC - ₹ 2.80 LPA.

Work Location:

  • Work from anywhere (Pan India) or Zensar’s client location as per business requirements.

Must-Have:

  • Ability to manage Service Desk processes and Service Management tooling on the job.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical information in a clear and understandable manner to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Able to handle 1st Line incident diagnosis and resolution.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to demand.
  • Customer-focused.
